About Our Team

About Jennie

Our approach to dementia is very different to that of a care package from a traditional care company.

Our training, expertise and experience enables us to completely focus upon the persons mental well being.

We offer stimulus in the form of holistic interventions that are tailored especially from our assessment results; these help the individual to live independently and to interact with their close family and friends in a better way.

We cannot halt their cognitive decline, but we can, with a better understanding of dementia, help the person, close family and friends to cope in a more comfortable way with their condition.

We also give assistance with necessary benefits for respite and to help fund our interventions and assessments for example with the acquisition of Attendance Allowance.

We also give expert advise to immediate family on both forms of power of attorney, in the areas of financial security and with the persons health in mind.

Holistic Dementia Advocate

I believe that the assessment and interventions that MAE provide to the individual, will enlighten and stimulate the person to having a more enriched and fulfilled life.

We also aim to add a greater understanding of their dementia by teaching and training the circle of family and friends to engage with the person, to achieve a more meaningful wellbeing.

At MAE we aim to work with the person, their family and professional bodies to find new and innovative ways to support the person with dementia and also their family and friends.
