Assessments

We carry out a comprehensive assessment of the person and then support them to live independently with their dementia. We have a holistic approach to their well being.

Interventions

At MAE we work with the person, their family, their friends and professional bodies to find new and innovative ways to support the dementia, when the time is right and the interventions are needed.

Working with your Team

We work closely with General Practitioners, Social Workers, hospitals and other professional bodies; to provide assessments and interventions, when the time is right for that person.

Help to Reduce Costs

We attempt to drive down the cost of unnecessary care, in replacing it with essential holistic stimulation, refreshing and flexible interventions.

Our Goals

For Dementia Patients and their Families, our goal is to give communities a better understanding of dementia and how to support the individual and teach people the importance of embracing the person with dementia.

Instead of putting obstacles in the way of that person, our interventions and best practice, can give the person a better quality of life.

In the future, we would like to go out into the community with dementia workshops, support local people in their own homes and care homes; devise good person centred programmes for the individual and be an advocate for the person with dementia.

We would like to support more jobs in the community, lead a team of dedicated volunteers to befriend their neighbour and give us feedback on any other practices that can be carried out in the community, with a focus on the individual.
